WLW with WordPress 2.5 does upload images automatically that you put into the post.

I agree with Phoat…

1) Thanks for the plugin!
2) An upload feature would be wicked
3) An associated links at the bottom of the post would be cool too!

What I would really love to see is a way to upload images and files through Live Writer and have it associated with the blog entry, just as it would be if you were uploading it from WordPress’ upload function.
