But I wonder how it'd fit in with a right to free speech.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Also, in the same way that Spammers manage to get passed Spam Filters, I reckon that there will be ways to get around an internet filter service.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I'd support more of an opt-in service.</description>
